Data Collection & Processing
Premium Cars EU collects personal data you provide directly (name, email, phone) when you submit inquiries, create an account, or use our services. We also collect usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to improve our platform. All data processing is conducted in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the platform to function, and optional analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings control in the footer. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to use our services.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account and for up to 2 years after account deletion, unless you request earlier deletion. Inquiry and reservation records are retained for 5 years for business and legal compliance purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised after 13 months.
Your Rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You also have the right to data portability, to restrict processing, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@premiumcarseu.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Third-Party Services
Premium Cars EU uses Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in EU) and Resend (transactional email delivery). These processors are bound by data processing agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes. No personal data is sold to third parties.
